Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

SKF is seeking a remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and independent, with excellent soft skills in creativity and communication.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to key accounts through regular communication and updates - Assist with account management tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and delivery tracking - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for account growth - Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities - Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update CRM system accordingly - Assist with creating reports and presentations for management review - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues effectively - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in account management or customer support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
