Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

As an Account Support Representative at IKEA, you will be responsible for providing remote support to customers and clients regarding their accounts. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts. 2. Provide assistance in managing and resolving account issues, including billing discrepancies and account maintenance. 3. Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are being met and offer solutions to any problems that may arise. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Participate in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and service offerings. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals set by management to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or account management role. 2. Passionate and reliable with a strong commitment to customer service excellence. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to persuade and influence others to achieve desired outcomes. 5. Strong people management skills to handle difficult situations with empathy and understanding. 6. Comfortable with remote work and proficient in using technology to communicate with clients and team members. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
