Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch account support to Voi Technology's customers, ensuring a seamless experience - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Manage and maintain accurate customer account information - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions - Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting - Meet key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and resolution times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Confident and driven personality, with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and organizational abilities, with a knack for creative problem-solving - Ability to work remotely and independently, while still being a team player - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
