Job Description - Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Axis Communications is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our remote team. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, resourceful, possess strong critical thinking and project management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to key customer accounts, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Assist Account Managers in coordinating sales activities, such as preparing quotes and proposals, managing orders, and tracking shipments. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information is communicated to customers. 4. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 5. Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide informed support to customers. 7. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. 2+ years of experience in account support or customer service role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 7. Project management skills. 8. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
