Job Description: Axis Communications is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The Account Support Specialist will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our clients, helping to drive customer satisfaction and retention. This role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, confident, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account setups, billing inquiries, and general account support - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to enhance their experience - Build lasting relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer issues in a timely manner - Assist with planning and executing account management strategies to grow client accounts - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends to better serve clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus - Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
