Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Vattenfall, a leading European energy company, is seeking an Account Support Specialist to join their team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing dedicated and hardworking support to the account management team.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers with daily tasks such as data entry, report generation, and customer communication - Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients - Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account support or customer service - Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently - Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail - Fluency in English, both written and verbal
