Job Description: Kivra is seeking a dedicated Call Center Assistant to join our remote team in Stockholm, SE. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities: - Handling incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues - Providing information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services - Documenting all customer interactions and updating customer records as needed - Assisting with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as assigned - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: - Hardworking and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote setting - Excellent people management skills and the ability to communicate politely and clearly - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Fluent in both Swedish and English
