Job Description:
Mojang Studios is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely. As an Associate-level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback regarding our products and services - Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer issues - Document all interactions and maintain detailed records of customer communications - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct research as needed to address customer inquiries effectively - Meet established performance metrics for call quality, customer satisfaction, and response times - Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Motivated and hardworking individual who thrives in a remote work environment
