Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kry is seeking a qualified Call Center Assistant to join our team on a remote basis in Uppsala, SE. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This role is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, answer questions, and resolve customer complaints. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Conduct research and provide innovative solutions to meet customer needs. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.

Requirements: 1. Confident and resilient individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and a desire for continuous improvement. 4. Proficient in using call center software and Microsoft Office suite. 5. Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus. 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 7.
