Job Description:
Securitas AB is seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Associate to join our remote team in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various security initiatives.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues - Providing accurate information about security services offered by Securitas AB - Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records - Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and support - Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold security standards - Demonstrating critical thinking skills to handle complex customer issues effectively - Managing and prioritizing tasks to meet performance goals and deadlines - Exercising good judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information - Upholding a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively - Energetic and hardworking attitude to drive success in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure - Experience with people management or conflict resolution is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficiency in using computer systems and software for call center operations - Flexibility to work varying shifts and hours as needed
