Job Description:
Epidemic Sound is seeking a remote Call Center Associate to join our dynamic and innovative team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers. This position requires a high level of adaptability and resilience, as well as strong people management and time management skills.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide assistance and support to customers with their technical issues or questions regarding our products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Follow company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed customer service metrics and goals - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - People management skills with the ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism - Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Must have a reliable internet connection and be able to work remotely - Must be available to work part-time hours and be flexible with scheduling - Must be fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
