Job Description:
Re:newcell is seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker based in Stockholm, Stockholms Län, SE, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information. 3. Responding to emails and live chat messages in a timely and professional manner. 4. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. 5. Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalations. 6. Participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 8. Working with the team to achieve departmental goals and targets.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Adaptability to changes in schedule or workload. 5. Negotiation skills to handle customer complaints effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Previous call center experience is a plus but not required. 8. Must have a quiet home office space with reliable internet connection.
