Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Evolution Gaming is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Call Center Specialist to join our remote team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and email communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 3. Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and general support to customers. 4. Updating customer information in the database accurately and promptly. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators, including call quality and customer satisfaction metrics. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Call Center Specialist or similar customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Innovative mindset to continually improve processes and customer experiences. 6. Comfortable working remotely and managing your time effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
