Job Description:
As a Chat Support Assistant at Tetra Pak, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This is a remote work position based in Stockholm, Stockholms Län. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in customer support and communication.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through the online chat platform - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members - Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional responses - Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent written communication skills - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with confidence - Strong presentation skills and ability to think critically - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Proficiency with chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
