Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nyckel is seeking a passionate and driven Chat Support Assistant to join our team remotely in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or support roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team for further assistance - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems - Leadership and innovation skills to contribute to team success - Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
