Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

SKF is seeking a motivated and adaptable Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer support and chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our chat support operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve response times and resolution rates - Monitor chat support performance metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to improve operations - Train and onboard new chat support team members, providing ongoing support and coaching - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management - Handle escalated chat support issues and provide resolution in a timely manner

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer support, with a focus on chat support management - Proven track record of successfully managing chat support teams and driving results - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment - Motivated and adaptable personality traits are a must - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
