Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

G5 Entertainment is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer support and work in a dynamic and innovative company.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support through chat messaging to resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints - Demonstrate resilience and passion in all interactions with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction - Utilize people management skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors - Make use of presentation skills to deliver clear and concise information to customers and colleagues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and reporting purposes

Requirements: - At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer support or a related field - Possess a resilient and passionate attitude towards customer service - Strong people management and presentation skills - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable using chat support software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
