Client Relations Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Natural Cycles, a leading digital health company based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, is seeking a motivated Client Relations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from any location.

Responsibilities: - Assist the Client Relations team in maintaining positive relationships with clients through regular communication and support. - Respond to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner. - Conduct research on client needs and preferences to better tailor our services. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client experiences. - Assist in organizing and managing client events and initiatives. - Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and file organization.

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role. - Resourceful and energetic personality traits to drive creative solutions and maintain a positive attitude. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Strong research skills to gather information and insights to support client needs. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
