Client Relations Assistant - Remote Work

NEVS is seeking a part-time Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Stockholm, SE. This is a remote work position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting the Client Relations Manager in various tasks.

Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Assisting clients with any inquiries or issues they may have, and escalating complex issues to the Client Relations Manager - Conducting research on current market trends and competitor analysis to better understand client needs - Managing client databases and keeping records up-to-date - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client engagement and retention - Providing administrative support to the Client Relations Manager as needed

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent with excellent problem-solving skills - Strong people management skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities - Proficient in conducting research and analyzing data - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience using CRM software and other relevant tools - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
