Client Relations Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Assistant at AstraZeneca, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a remote part-time position based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively - Manage client accounts, keeping track of their preferences, feedback, and any outstanding payments - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients - Assist in the creation of client presentations, reports, and proposals - Coordinate client meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients - Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve our services and enhance their overall experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Resilient and motivated to overcome challenges and achieve high levels of client satisfaction - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating cooperation and adaptability - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
