Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Manager at Cint, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and to drive sales growth. This is a remote work position based in Stockholm, Stockholms Län, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of success in managing client relationships.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are completed on time. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 5. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase new products or services. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relationship management.

Requirements: 1. At least 7 years of experience in a client-facing role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited guidance. 4. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. 5. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 6. Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot). 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
