Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Wrapp is seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, phone calls, and video conferences to address their needs and issues - Conduct research and analysis to identify potential areas for improvement in client relations - Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for enhancing client satisfaction - Monitor client feedback and implement changes to improve overall client experience - Keep detailed records of client interactions and maintain a database of client information

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances - Strong research and analytical skills - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team environment
