Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Natural Cycles, a leading digital health company based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Officer to join our remote team on a part-time basis. The Client Relations Officer will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. This role requires a motivated and confident individual who can work effectively in a remote setting and demonstrate excellent teamwork and creativity in their approach to client relations.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video calls to address any questions or concerns they may have - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and testimonials - Provide personalized support and guidance to clients to help them achieve their goals using our product - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client engagement and retention - Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement in our services

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Proven ability to work remotely and independently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Motivated and confident personality traits - Strong teamwork and creativity soft skills
