Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Camfil, a global leader in air filtration solutions, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team in a remote work position based in Stockholm, Sweden. As an Entry Level Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Camfil.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Camfil's products and services to effectively communicate with clients - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Camfil products and services to existing clients - Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations as needed - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their orders and address any issues promptly - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and reliable, able to handle challenging situations with grace - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to present confidently and persuasively to clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus - No prior experience required, on-the-job training will be provided - Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden
