Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Representative at Securitas AB, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our clients remotely. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Your role will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts remotely, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address inquiries and provide assistance - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver solutions to clients - Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to effectively support clients

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Adaptable and able to work independently in a remote setting - Emotional intelligence and the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients - Proficient in using technology for communication and client management - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
