Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Fingerprint Cards, a leading biometrics company, is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This role is perfect for someone who is resourceful, resilient, and thrives on cooperation and innovation.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Attend meetings and conference calls with clients as needed - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
