Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Cellink is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with our products and services - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to clients to increase revenue - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve client satisfaction and retention - Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on client needs and preferences to inform future product development and marketing strategies - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on new products or services

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and presentation skills - Energetic and hardworking attitude - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Strategic planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience working remotely is a plus
