Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: Acne Studios is seeking a passionate and motivated Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be a remote work opportunity based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Entry Level Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our valued clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and chat. 2. Assist clients with product information, sizing, and pricing inquiries. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner. 4. Proactively reach out to clients for feedback on their shopping experience and offer personalized recommendations. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on client preferences and trends. 6. Resolve any client complaints or issues effectively and efficiently. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients. 2. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client issues and inquiries. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. 6. No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service and fashion is a plus.
