Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Epidemic Sound is looking for a dedicated and experienced Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis working remotely. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients - Handle any client feedback or complaints with care and attention to detail - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client interactions and feedback
