Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Atlas Copco is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and problems are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a high level of reliability and confidence, as well as excellent project management and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, issues, and requests - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations - Monitor client satisfaction and address any areas of concern promptly - Utilize project management skills to coordinate client requests and ensure timely delivery of services - Provide feedback to leadership on client needs, market trends, and potential growth opportunities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
