Client Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Vattenfall is seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Stockholm, SE. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to answer inquiries and provide support - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system - Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations - Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and opportunities for business growth - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Provide administrative support to the client service team as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic - Innovative mindset with a passion for research and learning
