Client Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Camfil is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis with the flexibility of remote work. As an Entry Level position, no previous experience is required, however, we are looking for individuals who possess strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat communication channels - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and coordination of client needs - Assist in managing client accounts and updating information as needed - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Contribute to a positive and inclusive working environment by fostering teamwork and communication among colleagues

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Comfortable with remote work and able to maintain high levels of productivity - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
