Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Epidemic Sound is seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Service Associate to join our team on a remote basis. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This role is perfect for an individual who enjoys working independently and has a resilient attitude towards challenges.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide support via email, phone, or chat - Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely information updates - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the client service department - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and services - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service delivery

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or client management - Strong people management skills and ability to build relationships with clients - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively - Resilient attitude towards challenges and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Demonstrated innovation and creativity in improving client service processes
