Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

AstraZeneca is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote work position is located in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE and is at the Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns - Assist clients with account maintenance, product information, and order processing - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation - Contribute to team projects and initiatives to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to better assist clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client management - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Demonstrated innovation and creativity in problem-solving - Effective teamwork and collaboration skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Excellent time management and organizational skills
