Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tink is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Assist clients with account management and provide technical support when needed - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients - Work closely with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client feedback and communicate any trends or issues to the appropriate teams - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system - Participate in training sessions and stay up-to-date on product knowledge to better serve clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong project management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to change - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
