Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Camfil is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote work, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner 2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met 3. Managing client accounts, including processing orders and coordinating deliveries 4. Conducting research to understand client needs and preferences 5. Providing creative solutions to client issues and challenges 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery 7. Meeting or exceeding performance targets set by the company

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Adaptable and independent, able to work effectively in a remote environment 4. Strong research skills and creativity in problem-solving 5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
