Job Description:
Saab Group is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Representative to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Interact with clients via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research and analysis to provide accurate information and solutions to client concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist clients - Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience - Document all client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and service levels
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Analytical mindset with a passion for research and data analysis
