Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Essity is seeking a reliable and driven Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a remote Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and accurate manner. 2. Provide product information and assistance to clients, addressing any concerns they may have. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Assist in the development of client service procedures and protocols. 7. Participate in training and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a client service or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. 4. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
