Job Description:
Teenage Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat - Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases as needed - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Create and maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in client support or customer service - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional client support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong cooperation and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of the music or technology industry is a plus
