Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Peltarion, a cutting-edge AI software company, is seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in a remote work position. As an Associate Level Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, helping them navigate our software solutions, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and issues through various communication channels such as email, phone, and live chat - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients to enhance their understanding of our software - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary - Communicate client feedback and suggestions to the product development team to improve our services - Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform - Develop strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships - Create and maintain detailed records of client interactions and issue resolutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits - Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment - Knowledge of AI technology and software platforms is a plus
