LightAir is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team remotely from Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to address client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Resolve client complaints and escalations with empathy and efficiency, striving to exceed their expectations. 4. Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and Product Development to address client needs and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system for future reference and analysis.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and hardworking attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 2. Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and provide the appropriate solutions. 3. High emotional intelligence to navigate diverse client personalities and build rapport effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity and focus. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus.
