Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Budbee is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Support Representative to join our team in a remote work position based in Stockholm. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Ensure accurate and timely resolution of client issues and questions. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist clients effectively. 5. Collaborate with other team members to optimize client experience and satisfaction. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate feedback to the appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements: 1. Strong critical thinking skills to assess and solve client issues efficiently. 2. Attention to detail to ensure all client interactions are handled accurately. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 6. Knowledge of transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
