Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Acne Studios is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our remote team based in Stockholm, SE. As a part-time Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be reliable, and have a high level of energy to provide exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary - Work closely with the sales team to support client orders and deliveries - Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist in training new team members on client support processes and procedures

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and energetic with a positive attitude - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
