Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Atlas Copco is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, energetic, and have strong time management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and support - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues with products or services - Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers - Participate in training and development sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with computer systems and software applications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus - Must be resourceful, energetic, and have a positive attitude
