Job Description: Saab Group is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our remote team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer service and support through various communication channels. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide support to customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical assistance - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer service expectations and key performance indicators - Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies and initiatives - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies and procedures
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Resourceful and dedicated personality traits - Strong planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
