Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Ericsson is looking for a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work capacity. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be a key player in assisting with customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming calls and emails from customers, providing accurate and timely responses to inquiries. 2. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalations. 3. Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions. 4. Utilize our contact center software to track customer interactions and provide detailed reports. 5. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support and guidance.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 3. Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving skills. 4. Experience in people management is a plus. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Must have access to a quiet and professional remote work environment. 7. Visa sponsorship and paid overtime available for eligible candidates.
