Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

ICA Gruppen is seeking a dedicated and driven Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our contact center operations and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers - Provide information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems - Strong organizational and time management skills - Presentation and planning skills - Personable and customer-focused attitude - Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
