Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Natural Cycles, a leading company in the field of fertility tracking and women's health, is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in a remote work position. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to users of our app and products. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions - Educating customers on the use of our app and products - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for internal review - Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Providing feedback to the product development team based on customer insights

Requirements: - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to cooperate effectively with team members - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
