Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work


Job Description: Nobina is looking for a Contact Center Manager to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our contact center, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional customer service and meets key performance indicators.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents, including hiring, training, and coaching team members - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management - Implement and maintain contact center technology and software as needed


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in contact center management or a related field - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
