Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Peak Performance is seeking a remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a part-time position at the Mid-to-Senior Level, the Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact center team and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of contact center agents, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluation - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and efficiency within the contact center - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve operations


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams effectively - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and the ability to adapt to changing priorities - Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism - Strong presentation skills for reporting and presenting insights to senior management
